Is there a contract or annual commitment?: No. DealProp is month-to-month. Cancel anytime; your account stays accessible through the end of the current billing period.
What if I cancel?: You retain read-only access to your records until the end of the billing period, and your data is exportable at any time. We do not auto-renew you onto a longer term.
Can I migrate data from AppFolio, Buildium, or another PM tool?: Yes. We support CSV import for properties, units, tenants, leases, and balances. For larger migrations our team will help you map fields and run the import. Reach out at support@dealprop.pro before you sign up if you want help scoping it.
Is the 14-day trial really 14 days?: Yes. No credit card required to start. At day 14 your account pauses if you have not subscribed; no charges, no surprises. Your data is preserved if you come back.
What about support?: Email support during business hours, M–F. Response within one business day. For trial accounts and paying customers alike — no support tier paywall.
Where is my data stored?: On Supabase's US-based managed Postgres infrastructure, with Row Level Security enforcing tenant isolation at the database level. See /trust for the full data and money handling breakdown.
