How it works.

Tenant signs up.

During tenant onboarding, DealProp emails the tenant a secure link. They connect their bank or card, agree to autopay terms, and they're done. Five minutes. They get a receipt confirming the next charge date.

Rent posts on the 1st.

Every rent due date, DealProp charges autopay accounts, applies your late-fee policy where rent is late, and sends reminders to tenants without autopay on your reminder schedule. Failures retry per your NSF rules.

Money lands in your account.

Net rent (after platform fee, after any security-deposit split) lands in your operating bank account on the same-day or next-day schedule. The ledger updates in real time. Your month-end report writes itself.
